A kit for diagnosis of multiple blood diseases. The ownership is by French firm Emosis that raised 5M Euro in 2016 for bringing the kit to the market. The huge patents, encompassing very many different embodiments, represent a lifetime work of a professor of Haematology specializing in cytometry. The PCT application and European patent application sailed through the examinations.
DYNAMIC MENUS
Menus that are dynamic and machine learning. The menus are very popular in restaurants. The application essentially deals with a business method based on software, posing a great obstacle of potentially unpatentable subject matter. Nevertheless, all 28 claims were found by the Written Opinion of the Search Authority to have industrial applicability.
APPARATUS FOR CONVEYING PIPING AND WIRING INTO A FORTIFIED ROOM
Almost all Israeli patents are written in English. We wrote this patent in Hebrew to make it easier for the inventor. The invention is marketed by Oranim Migon, the inventor’s company. The invention is for Israeli MMDs, which have a unique structure in the world, so the patent is only local.
DOUBLE SEAM MEASUREMENT SYSTEM
The invention and patent belong to the inventor’s company Quality by Vision. The invention relates to a system that provides improved inspection of cans. The SEAM360 is “the ultimate machine vision double seam can inspection gauge“ A US patent was granted without any objections.
DEVICE FOR DISTRIBUTING WEIGHT
An invention owned by Marom Dolphin, a company of young ex-combat unit entrepreneurs. The invention allows the user to comfortably carry heavy loads over a protective vest, with no restriction of movement and preservation of a good weight distribution even when bending.
A PROCESS FOR OBTAINING POLYHYDROXYLATED FATTY ALCOHOLS FROM AVOCADO SEED AND THEIR USE IN COSMETICS AND MEDICINE
Belongs to Polyol, the inventor’s biotechnology company. A process of obtaining avocado seed extracts comprising polyhydroxylated fatty alcohols (PFAs), natural actives for preventing and treating UV damage effect to the skin. The PCT application Search Report was positive. See the video regarding the use of the seeds.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USE IN ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION CONDITIONS
The inventor is VP and CTO of Itamar Medical. The system is a non-invasive medical device to promote changes in the the volume of blood vessels and tissue dimensions in the penis. The video demonstrates erectile dysfunctions.
Israeli patent number 234308 is for a home water heater that is very efficient in converting solar energy to heat water. Initially the inventor came up with a slightly different invention and we told him that in our opinion the invention in its current state is not worthy of a patent. The inventor came back to us after a few weeks with improvements that changed the status to an invention that seemed to us worthy of a patent. A patent application was drawn up, submitted and examined in an accelerated manner as a green application – for an invention beneficial to the environment. When examining the application, the first message from the authority arrived already with the news that there were claims worthy of a patent, and a short time later a patent was received – a cheap and quick process, a patent in 8 months!
A fashionable design that is actually a patent-eligible invention! A bikini that can be disassembled so that it can be worn both in cases where modesty is required and when it is appropriate to reveal more. A really relevant invention in Israel despite the small market and therefore there is also an Israeli request. Already in the first notice from the US Patent Office regarding the application for the US patent it was stated that there is a possibility to get a patent. The invention went through many interesting and attractive design incarnations, which were added to the Israeli request.
MONITORING FUEL CONSUMPTION
This is the first application drafted by our firm. It has to do with reporting fuel consumption for the determination of fuel taxation. As such, it was a challenge to draft the application so the field of invention would not be the toxic business method & abstract process combination. In fact, in the first office action of the US application about half of the claims were found to be allowable.
